Delivery and Manufacturing Lead Times
Stock Items that are non-millwork items ordered before 12 noon are to be delivered the same day. After 12 noon they are to be delivered the next working day.
Stock Millwork Items (pre-built doors/windows) ordered before 10 AM are to be delivered the same day. After 10 AM they are to be delivered the working day.
Standard Custom Millwork (typical doors and windows) with stock parts is to be delivered 3 days after order date if order submitted prior to 1 pm, and 4 days if ordered after 1 pm.
Custom Millwork (columns, fluted boards, mantels) has a 5 day lead time.
Other Custom Millwork such as direct glazed windows, entry ways, and special order half rounds have an 8 day lead time. Transoms, fixed sashes, octagons, palladiums, quarter rounds, ovals, radius heads, segments, and traps have a 12 day lead time.
Special Orders may vary on an individual order basis. Lead times must be quoted by sales.

Restocking Charge
All returned goods by Buyer must be accompanied by the Buyer’s copy of original sales ticket. A 15% restocking charge will be assessed by the Seller on all returned goods. Special order on non-stock items may not be returned for credit, refund, or exchange.
Order Acknowledgment
Orders that have been processed by Order Acknowledgment are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Order Acknowledgment
All non-stock millwork orders must be processed by Order Acknowledgment, which may increase lead times, for instance, customer delays in approving the Order Acknowledgment form.
